- 1In large microwavable bowl, mix cereal and pecans.
- 2In small microwavable bowl, microwave butter on High about 30 seconds or until melted. Stir in brown sugar and apple pie spice; microwave another 30 seconds or until boiling; stir in vanilla. Pour butter mixture over cereal mixture, stirring until evenly coated.
- 3Microwave uncovered on High 4 to 5 minutes or until mixture is glazed, stirring every minute. Stir in raisins. Spread on waxed paper or foil to cool. Store in airtight container.
Don't have any yogurt-covered raisins? Dried cranberries will add a different color and flavor and will taste great, too.
