Corn Chex®Rice Chex®
Ingredients
5cups Rice Chex® cereal
3cups Corn Chex® cereal
4cups shoestring potatoes
2cups bite-size cheese crackers
1/4cups bacon flavor bits or chips
1/4cup butter or margarine
1package (1 oz) ranch dressing and seasoning mix
1/2cup grated Parmesan cheese
Tips
If other flavors of ranch dressing or dip mix are available at your grocery store, try one of these just for the fun of it!
Preparation Directions
1.In large microwavable bowl, mix cereals, potatoes, crackers and bacon flavor bits.
2.In small microwavable bowl, microwave butter uncovered on High about 30 seconds or until melted. Pour over cereal mixture; stir until evenly coated. Stir in dressing mix and cheese until evenly coated.
3.Microwave uncovered on High 3 minutes, stirring after each minute. Spread on waxed paper or foil to cool. Store in airtight container.
