Honey Nut Chex®
4cups Honey Nut Chex® cereal
1/2cup dry-roasted peanuts
1/3cup roasted salted sunflower nuts or hulled pumpkin seeds (pepitas)
2tablespoons honey
1tablespoon warm water
3/4teaspoon salt
3/4teaspoon ground cumin
1/2teaspoon ground red pepper (cayenne)
3/4cup raisins

Pack this snack in 1/2-cup amounts in resealable small snack bags so it's easy to grab and go or to share with friends.
Preparation Directions
1.In large microwavable bowl, mix cereal, peanuts and sunflower nuts; set aside.
2.In small bowl, mix honey and warm water. Stir in salt, cumin and red pepper until blended. Pour over cereal mixture, stirring until evenly coated.
3.Microwave uncovered on High 3 minutes, stirring every minute. Stir in raisins. Microwave 1 minute longer. Spread on waxed paper or foil to cool. Store in airtight container.
