Corn Chex®Rice Chex®Wheat Chex®
Ingredients
5cups Corn Chex®, Rice Chex® or Wheat Chex® cereal
2cups oyster crackers
2cups pretzel sticks or holiday-shaped pretzels
1cup dried cranberries
1can (9.5 oz) salted cashew halves (2 cups)
1/2cup butter or margarine, melted
1package (1.2 oz) Caesar dressing mix
Tips
Italian dressing mix can be substituted for the Caesar dressing mix.
For variety, mix and match your favorite combination of Chex® cereals
No roasting pan? Use another large shallow pan such as a 15x10-inch pan with sides instead.
Preparation Directions
1.Heat oven to 300°F. In ungreased large roasting pan, mix cereal, crackers, pretzels, cranberries and cashews.
2.In small bowl, mix melted butter and dressing mix until well blended. Pour over cereal mixture, stirring until evenly coated.
3.Bake 20 to 30 minutes, stirring twice, until lightly browned. Spread on waxed paper or paper towels to cool, about 15 minutes. Store in airtight container.
