Ingredients
2cups Chex® cereal (any variety)
2cups Cheerios® cereal
2cups pretzels
1cup peanuts
1/4cup butter or margarine, melted
1tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1teaspoon paprika
1/2teaspoon garlic salt
Tips
Colorful paper cups make great holders for snack mixes. Look for them at paper and discount stores.
For easy eating at a cocktail party, serve this snack mix in colorful paper cones. Make the cones by rolling 7-inch squares of medium-weight colored paper into cone shapes and securing with tape. To keep the cones upright, spread a layer of uncooked dried beans in the bottom of the serving container, then nestle the filled paper cones in the beans.
Preparation Directions
1.In large microwavable bowl, mix cereals, pretzels and peanuts.
2.In 2-cup microwavable measuring cup, microwave butter on High about 40 seconds or until melted. Stir in remaining ingredients. Pour over cereal mixture; stir until evenly coated.
3.Microwave uncovered on High 4 to 5 minutes, stirring every 2 minutes, until mixture just begins to brown. Spread on paper towels to cool. Store in airtight container.
